January through April is tax season for nonprofits. Between my nonprofit services and my app that allows nonprofits to generate tax receipts, it9s an extremely busy time of year. Balancing workloads from multiple clients can be overwhelming. Here are some tips I9ve learned that may be able to help you. It starts with a positive mindset. Believe you can, and you will solve all of their problems. Believe you cannot, and you9re also right. Handle tasks in order of priority, and adjust that priority (as needed) when new tasks arise When focusing on a problem that doesn9t seem to have an obvious answer, take a break. Sometimes thinking less about work will actually allow your brain to solve the issue. Don9t lose yourself. Be sure to sleep well, eat well, and have small breaks. If you9re not 100%, you won9t be able to produce 100%. Enjoy yourself. Even in crunch time, you should be partially enjoying the challenge.
